Is there a counter-torque or not?

Is there a counter torque or not, that was the question. Of course, it had to be like this, that was my conviction, but it wasn’t so easy to see and to understand.

Conclusion

There is always a counter torque, regardless of whether a sliding contact or a contact by a rotating slice is used, it acts through the external structure of the construction.
